At FlavCity, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and stylish in every piece you purchase from our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is visible and the package is sealed correctly.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
